Hotel Comfort Inn & Suites Madison - Airport (Madison, USA)

Guests were very pleased with the Comfort Inn & Suites Airport’s accommodating and helpful staff. Guests commended them for going out of their way, even to the point of foregoing some policies just to accommodate the needs of guests, such as early check-in and late check-out.

Most of the guests expressed their contentment with the free breakfast served in the hotel. Although the breakfast buffet was deemed basic for some, the food never ran out. Moreover, the food choices were also varied enough.

Guests praised the hotel’s strategic location in Madison. It is set just off the Interstate, so it is very easy to access. There is also a wide range of restaurants within a ten-minute drive, allowing guests to eat to their hearts’ content.

Previous guests pointed out in their reviews that the rooms are kept clean throughout their stay. However, they also noted that there are a lot of on-site facilities which are already dated and in need of updating, including the lobby, the hallways, and the elevators.

There were reports of uncomfortable beds used in some rooms. Guests expressed that the beds are too hard to their preference. Some of those guests even complained that they woke up with sore backs due to this problem.

Although the hotel’s surrounding area was not always noisy, guests were inconvenienced during their stay due to poor soundproofing. They were able to hear footsteps from the hallways and noise from the adjacent rooms. This was very troublesome, particularly for those who were light sleepers.
