Hotel COOEE Kyknos Beach (Malia, Greece)

Many past guests of Kyknos Beach couldn't say enough nice things about the staff, as they are very friendly and will go that extra mile to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. The bar staff is very lively at this property and the waiters are fast, efficient, and helpful.

Those who upgraded to sea view rooms were impressed by how beautiful the beach is from these locations. Many of these guests would sit on their balcony every night and watch the sunset, making the perfect end to a busy day in the sun.

Guests have enjoyed the food at this resort. While much of the cuisine is Greek in style, there is truly something for everyone. It should also be noted that guests have been impressed by the selection and variety at the buffet restaurant.

Although Wi-Fi is available at Kyknos Beach, it does not reach many of the rooms. As a result, guests were unable to access their emails unless they say in the reception area or waited until the middle of the night.

A few guests have stated that there is a fair amount of noise at this hotel. Much of this noise is found in rooms that are either close to the road or facing the neighbouring hotel. As a result, ask to avoid these areas when booking this property.

There have been complaints from some guests regarding the rooms, as they haven't been updated in a while and are somewhat old in appearance. In addition, since you can't leave the air conditioning on when you leave the room, they tend to get quite hot over the course of the day.
