Positive Reviews
positive:
Charming host.
The owner of Corcreggan Mill was a hit with guests. Many said that he seemed to have all the time in the world to share stories and regale guests with local titbits of information. True Irish hospitality was experienced here, and many guests wished that they had longer to visit with the interesting host.
positive:
Family friendly.
Guests travelling with children loved that there was plenty to do at the property and surrounding area. Geese, chickens, and a beloved family dog often stole the show, and the younger set were enchanted with the fairy walk. Another positive, was that despite the quirky memorabilia and something different around every corner, guests felt that children were made to feel very welcome.
positive:
An appetising affair.
Guests were pleased with the food on offer here. Breakfasts were tasty and well prepared, and guests liked that they had the option to request evening meals, including the lip smacking house speciality Irish stew. A military theme wine bar was also a great place to pull up a chair in the evening.
