Reliable shuttle service
Complimentary shuttle service is offered to all of its guests. This excellent provision is appreciated by previous guests, especially because it always leaves and arrives on its destination on time. The van driver is also polite and friendly.

The property is located at the heart of Panama City so guests rated its setting highly. The lovely Cinta Costera, which a nice strip by the beach, is only three blocks away. The metro station can be easily reached within two minutes, while the Panama Bay and the Tocumen International Airport can be reached within 20 minutes.

Many of the guests who stayed here stated that with the complimentary services and convenient location that the hotel offered, the price they paid was totally worth it. They even said that the hotel was a real bargain!

Limited in-room electric outlets
Most of the previous guests complained that there weren't enough electrical sockets in their rooms. Some of them had to use the ones in the bathroom only to charge their phones, while the others had to buy an extension cord from the nearby grocery store.

Swimming pool needs more cleaning
Many guests felt that the hotel's swimming pool could benefit with more thorough cleaning. They were repulsed by the colour of the water and the floating objects on it. Others complained that the pool was too small for them to enjoy.

There weren't enough light bulbs for the lamps in the rooms according to guests. In addition, some of the existing lamps were too dim and they expressed that they had a hard time reading or doing work.
