Immediately after settling into spacious room, you are sure to find an abundance of complimentary amenities. With a television, microwave and refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi, you will find all the comforts of home within reach.

Upon walking into the room on the second day, it was obvious that the cleaning staff does not take pride in their work. The room was not cleaned, beds were not made, and there were no clean towels. When the guests reported this to the front desk, the guest was told to bring their dirty towels down to the front desk and they would provide new ones.

Certain aspects of the Country Inn & Suites are run down and made the stay at this hotel a very unpleasant one. Thread-bare carpets, worn furniture, and filthy walls were very upsetting for guests staying at this hotel.

The hotel itself is simply not worth the cost of a night's stay. The rooms were dirty, furniture old and cheap, bathrooms somewhat gross. Breakfast was also disappointing. Staff was nice and helpful, but for the cost You can find much nicer hotels in Bowling Green.
