All suites are considerably spacious and the beds are similarly large and comfortable. The private bathrooms are also modern and fairly expansive and they also come with a wide range of complimentary amenities, such as free toiletries. The housekeeping staff maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the rooms and bathrooms as well.
The staff are extremely friendly and courteous, ensuring that guests feel welcome upon arrival. They will go out of their way to help with any requests or queries guests may have and endeavour to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests to feel at home in.
The breakfast buffet was found to be decidedly average by a number of guests who would have liked more dining options and for the food to be fresher. However, other guests were very complimentary towards the breakfast and enjoyed the fact that it was free.
Some guests were conscious of a strange smell lingering in the hallways though others did not seem to notice this.
The beds provided proved divisive among guests' opinions as some guests were disappointed that they did not receive a king-size bed while others were happy with a queen-sized mattress.
