Most guests were impressed with the high quality assistance of the staff! They were very sensitive to the needs of the guests and did whatever they could to assist with their requests. They also made useful suggestions as well as provide the right directions especially for newbie.

Ideal property position in Dayton
Guests are satisfied with the hotel’s nearness to restaurants, shopping malls, and major highways. Within a few minutes of driving, guests are able to reach the Greene Town Center in Beavercreek. Its convenient location was some of the main reasons why guests chose the hotel.

Spacious and enjoyable pool area!
Aside from the sufficient size of the swimming pool, guests also admired the right temperature of the pool. This feature was perfect for families who just want to take a quick dip even the kids. Thus, the pool area as well as the hot tub was extremely enjoyable.

Unendurable noise within the hotel premises
Guests were upset with the loud noises within the premises. The noisy air-conditioning system, loud volume of television from other rooms, and loud talking were some of the major factors why guests had difficulty getting sleep.

Overpriced on-site restaurant food
Aside from the lack of free breakfast provided in the room package, most guests were disappointed with the high-priced yet limited options for meals served at the on-site restaurant. They believe that the rooms should already include free breakfast for the guests.

Uncomfortable beds- small and thin mattresses
Guests complained about the quality of the beds used within the hotel. The mattresses were too small and too thin, which can be very hard and uncomfortable especially with people who have disabilities. Furthermore, the beds were too soft that guests felt like they were sinking in a hole.
