Biscayne Bay is a delight to behold at the Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove. Guests enjoyed the view from balconies, and appreciated a chance to recharge and stare off toward the ocean during business meetings.

Business guests praised hotel staff for the organized and efficient first-class treatment during meetings and conferences. Many guests commented that staff anticipated their needs before having to ask.The can-do attitude of hotel staff went a long way to make a lasting impression.

Close to the Grove Harbor Marina, guests were happy to have the chance to go for a run or stroll near the water. A short drive from Little Havana, the hotel is also located 11 miles from South Beach. Guests liked the well-established historical neighborhood of Coral Gables as opposed to the hustle and bustle of lively Miami.

Unless you want to walk, valet parking for a fee is the only option for car parking on the property. Some guests were unimpressed with the steep fee for parking, while others knew what to expect in this high-density area.

During busy times, older elevators provided slow service to hotel guests. Most noticeable during meetings when large groups needed to change floors at the same time, some guests were left wanting to take the stairs.

While some guests stayed in spacious rooms, others were a bit baffled by the size of their accommodation. Small bathrooms and beds that seemed smaller than a standard queen size, left guests feeling a bit squished.
