For many guests, one of the perks of this property was how low the rates were. Even when guests needed to stay here during special events in the area, they still found the rates very kind to the budget.

Generally, guests said their interactions with the front desk staff were very good. The staff members were efficient and well informed, which was useful to guests who wanted to get to their rooms quickly or needed advice about things to do nearby.

This property is positioned so that some guests were able to walk to events at the racetrack, which they really appreciated being able to do. In other cases, guests simply said this hotel was close to where they needed to be, and that fact made their stays worthwhile.

According to frequent guest feedback, this property has a persistent live roach problem. Some guests reported seeing roaches crawling across their beds and killing several of them within the course of one stay. However, guests who slept with a light on reported that doing that made the roaches remain hidden.

Many reviews stated that guests checked into rooms that already had been given to other guests. Although the problem was fixed quickly once reported, it made some guests anxiously wonder if they would be walked in on by someone while staying in a room.

Guests often found that it was nearly impossible to get more towels and washcloths beyond what was initially provided in their rooms. Even when they called to request some, new towels and washcloths did not always arrive. Be prepared to use what you're given repeatedly during a stay.
