Double-Check Hours and Group Bookings
You may want to check with reception on the breakfast hours/arrangements (some enjoyed a large, made-to-order breakfast, while others weren't offered breakfast at all), or bar service before booking if these are essential to your stay. There are alternatives within walking distance as well. You may also wish to request rooms away from any larger groups booked during your stay in case of noise should you happen to be a light sleeper.
negative:
The Case of the Missing Keys
Some were not offered room keys as they could not be found at time of check-in, which required rooms to be left unlocked during their stay. Others wished to leave the premises but could not get in upon their return as no keys were provided and exterior doors were locked. Get clarification on this before booking.
negative:
A Few Foibles
Parking can be tricky on busier dates, so call ahead for guidance. You may not be able to park on-site. Some rooms have outdated decor, missing television remotes, as well as insufficient cleanliness and a lack of cups for hot drinks.
