Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms could use some updating.
The rooms are very basic and guests thought they could use some updating to include the old mattresses, worn sheets and dirty carpets. The need for adequate soundproofing was another point guests mentioned, as they were able to hear other guests' conversations, plumbing issues, and noise from the hotel pool.
negative:
Doesn't measure up to other Disney resorts
Some guests didn't like having to go over to Riverside to access other dining options, pools or other services not offered by their hotel. They noted that other Disney properties also included more amenities and featured better equipped rooms, as they include iPod docks and premium bedding among other things.
negative:
Crowded.
Due to the large number of rooms, guests reported that the hotel starts to feel overcrowded during daytime hours, as children and families occupy the food court, lobby and pool areas. They noted that there is only one dining option, leading to long wait times to get a seat and get served.
