It's of excellent and appetising quality and really sets you up for the day. Each apartment block has a (very friendly) ‘host'+ they must be in competition to see who does the best breakfast.
The apartments are up a bit of a hill, but this shouldn't worry the average person. The town itself; shops and restaurants, are just a few minutes' walk away.
Nothing to complain about with the apartments. On the contrary, they're immaculately clean and nicely furnished. Pleasant surprises include: a lovely, clean kitchen area with toasted sandwich maker and a full size refrigerator. The ‘telly' has access to multi channels, including BBC World News … *maybe not bother! Brilliant apartments though.
Cavtat is on the flight path to the airport a few miles away. Consequently, there is some noise … but you'll quickly get used to it.
Once you know it's there, the problem disappears, but the hot water is controlled by a switch in the kitchen. Until you find it, showers will be refreshingly cold.
You need to draw breath before parking; it is very tight. The full size refrigerator is great … pity it doesn't have a freezer section. These are trifling niggles really. After all, parking is generously free and when did you last see a holiday apartment with a full size fridge, anyway!
