Way beyond customer service
Guests are just blown away by the family welcome and service they receive at Maria Di. The host and her family go above and beyond what is expected and are incredibly friendly and helpful. Guests are thrilled to receive bottles of wine, fresh fruit or cakes on arrival. Some have even had meals cooked for them, been driven to places by the host's father or have had their laundry done for free!

Negative Reviews
negative:
Walk pleasant, but hilly
For a lot of guests, Maria Di is just a pleasant short stroll away from the old town. However for some 15-20 minutes can represent more of a challenge, especially as the area is quite hilly. Many guests point out that it may be unsuitable for those with walking difficulties or push-chairs, though it doesn't seem to put any previous guests off.
negative:
Shared facilities
If you are just renting out a room, you may find that sharing bathrooms and kitchens is not to your liking. This hasn't been much of an issue to guests, who often find they have full access whenever they need.
negative:
Sofa bed
You may not find sleeping on the sofa-bed as comfortable as a regular bed.
