The hotel is quite handy as it is close to many amenities in the area and thus guests do not have to travel far to shop, dine or have a good time. The spacious, clean rooms that have a great views and an advantage. There are also various modes of transport available to guests.

The hotel is less than an hour from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. There are plenty of malls, bars and restaurants in the area, such as KLCC Shopping Mall and Avenue K Mall just a few minutes' drive away. Bukit Bintang shopping area is also nearby if you would like to do some shopping.

According to many, the breakfast menu was thought to be subpar. Some were of the view that the food's quality was substandard and the selection was not as wide-ranging as was expected.

Some guests were dissatisfied with the quality of mattresses and pillows provided pointing out that they were too hard and small. Others thought the air conditioning system wasn't effective. Many felt the system was temperamental, of poor quality as it did functioned well in some rooms and not in others.
