Albergo Ristorante Edelweiss is located in Limone Piemonte, in a very panoramic area surrounded by the "Mercantour", the "Maritime Alps" and "Palanfré" Natural Parks. The family-run Marro family for 3 generations, the Edelweiss hotel offers a cozy home atmosphere, with rustic and characteristic ambience. The cuisine is particularly cured, with dishes from the Piedmontese and local tradition and uses as much of the local food as possible: spinach "orle", wild thyme, vegetable garden directly managed by the owners in the summer season, homemade jams . Attention is also paid to various food intolerances by preparing "tailor-made" dishes. In winter, the tavern with a fireplace and reading-relaxation room is very appreciated, while in summer the dehors / garden equipped with chairs, tables, sun loungers and deckchairs offers a well-kept outdoor area with flowerbeds overflowing. In a privileged position as a hike for hikers, taking advantage of the GTA trails and, for motorcyclists for the renowned "Via del Sale".
