Hotel El Terado Terrace (Avalon, USA)

Having a fully-stocked kitchen in the rooms was very practical and convenient for the guests. They were able to save a lot of money by cooking their own meals instead of eating at expensive restaurants. The kitchen with granite counters was equipped with microwaves, coffee makers, fridge, cookware, silverware, and complete utensils so guests were able to prepare their own meals without any hassle.

Guests were impressed with soft and comfortable mattresses and pillows provided at the rooms. They had queen and king size beds to choose from depending on the needs of the guests, which included clean cushioned pillows for a totally relaxing stay.

The staffs, most especially the manager, were all professional and accommodating according to guests. They made everyone feel at home and were attentive to all the needs of the guests. Moreover, they also provided efficient service and allowed early check-ins.

Given the actual location, that requires a short uphill hike, most guests had difficulty reaching the property. The required walk on top of a hill was challenging especially for those who were not physically fit. Thus, the use of comfortable shoes is required.

The loud footsteps coming from other people who were walking outside the rooms and having loud conversations while windows were open were annoying for previous guests. Furthermore, loud screaming from children who were running within the hallway can be heard as well as loud kitchen noise from people who were preparing meals in the morning.

Wi-Fi was not working most of the time especially inside the rooms. Guests who were active on social media and movie streaming were displeased since they couldn't post or watch anything during their whole stay.
