The spacious rooms with complete amenities were very convenient for the guests. Rooms were ideal for large group of people who were attending conferences or business events. Junior suites and corner rooms offer more space compared to other normal rooms located on lower floors.
Due to its close proximity to major tourist spots such as Ayala Centre Cebu and Metro Shopping Centre, guests are able to travel and purchase items from the malls easily without the need to take the cab. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants within short walking distance away.
Guests appreciated the wide selection of breakfast food as well as the overall cleanliness of the breakfast area. The food was more than adequate for their needs and had European choices. Moreover, the restaurant servers and staff were friendly and have rendered remarkable assistance.
The Wi-Fi inside the rooms was extremely weak and unreliable. Guests had problems connecting to the Internet and it normally took some time for the pages to load. The lack of proper Wi-Fi on-site was very inconvenient especially for business travellers.
Loud noises coming from the different vehicles passing in front of the hotel such as ambulance cars and loud honking of horns were very annoying. The rooms facing the street were the most uncomfortable rooms so guests are advised to choose rooms facing the back or higher floors to avoid inconvenience.
The stale smell of cigarette smoke was very noticeable despite having non-smoking rooms according to most guests. There was a distinct mouldy and musty smell which was very uncomfortable, which increased when guest turns off the air-conditioning units.
