The owner, Evelyn, is very friendly and welcoming and is able to provide lots of good advice about what to do in Belfast. She is very attentive to the needs of guests and cooks a very nice breakfast each morning.

Lack of Privacy.

As the bed and breakfast is located inside of the owner's home there is a lack of intimate privacy, so guests who need a lot of privacy might consider booking elsewhere. However the owner, Evelyn, does provide a homely, personal touch which is nice.

The owner has a small dog which is very friendly and playful and is allowed inside of the house. Guests with pet allergies should be aware of this before making a booking.
