Positive Reviews
positive:
Close to the Light Rail.
Access to downtown Denver couldn't be easier, with the light rail station just a short walk from the hotel. Plus, there's easy access on and off the interstate and highway, so whether you're a motorist just passing through, or you're spending a few days in Denver, it's a convenient location.
positive:
Value for money.
Between its good Denver Tech Center location and spacious studio accommodation, you get a good deal for your dollars here. Plus, with full self-catering facilities in each private, apartment-style studio, you can save even more by cooking for yourself rather than eating out if you want to.
positive:
Grab-and-go breakfast.
If you're rushing out to explore the city or to get to a business meeting, you can fuel your day with a quick, complimentary grab-and-go breakfast. Whether you opt for some healthy fruit or an indulgent pastry, it's a nice extra. Plus, there's tea and coffee on tap all day long.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Limited housekeeping.
Guests say that housekeeping here only happens once a week, and even then it sometimes appears to be cursory at best. If you need fresh towels or extra toilet roll, then you'll need to traipse down to the front desk in order to get some, which many guests find annoying.
negative:
A lack of standard amenities.
A cup of coffee is an essential part of many a morning routine, so you may be disappointed to learn that coffee makers aren't provided in the rooms here. You'll have to wait until you go downstairs for your first hot drink of the day. Hairdryers are also missing, so you might want to pack one.
negative:
The front desk isn't always staffed.
The front desk is only open during limited hours, and even when it is supposed to be staffed, guests say that it's sometimes hard to find a staff member, or that it can still take a while to get checked in. Some guests have found problems with their reservations being honored too.
