The two main requirements are met here and in abundance. Unlike many places; the furniture isn't dated - far from it - the place is clean and beds are really comfortable.

Much emphasis is placed on the needs of visiting commercial and business guests. This they do with excellent business facilities; cleanliness, comfort and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

How often have you entered a hotel to check in only to be met by an overpowering smell; usually of damp and decay? Not here. The entrance is and smells clean and fresh. This extends to the rooms which are accessed via an elevator. Oh! That elevator is swift and efficient, with no 'chugging' or other worrying noises.

Hot breakfast is 'cold'! It's not unreasonable to expect a hot meal to start the day, surely? Everything seems to be 'bought in' with very limited choices on offer. There are two elevators, both of which are slow and the TV is missing quite a few channels. There's poor sound insulation between the rooms and the elevator noise is well in evidence. All in all, it's not really good enough and doesn't merit the tariff.

Water pressure is poor, leading to problems with hot water generally and showers in particular.

This is a quiet, semi-rural area and yet, you can't open a window to welcome in some much needed fresh air. Instead, you are reliant upon the air conditioning system. The nearest restaurant is about 10 minutes away and if everyone turned up for breakfast at the same time, staff would have a communal mental breakdown. The breakfast area is very small.
