Negative Reviews
negative:
The neighborhood is sketchy
This hotel is located in a rather run-down part of Fort Wayne and you may encounter some unsavory characters in the neighborhood, especially if you are out exploring. The hotel does have security cameras, but non-the-less, it’s probably a good idea to keep your personal belongings with you, rather than leaving them in your car.
negative:
The hotel needs renovations
The public areas and grounds could really use some attention as this property is aging and it shows. Dirty, worn carpeting throughout the building, holes in walls and furnishings that are in disrepair can downgrade the quality of your stay.
negative:
There’s no elevator
This hotel does not have an elevator. Although there are ground floor rooms available, you must go up and down a flight of stairs to enter and exit the breakfast area which could prove problematic for those with low mobility.
