Positive Reviews
positive:
Luxurious room designs.
The general layout and style of the rooms is second to none, providing a range of interesting patterns and warm color schemes to make you feel like you're in a palace bedroom. The more expensive room packages include amazing decor such as imitations of gold leaf and other designs.
positive:
Accessible tourist sites.
Reaching some of Ocala's most famous sites has never been easier. Some of the area's attractions can even be reached on foot. Easy access to the highway means that you'll have less downtime navigating in the area and more time visiting excursions and tourist hotspots.
positive:
Countless leisure facilities.
Everything from a volleyball court to a full gym is packed onto the premises, and all of the facilities are kept in working order with a clean appearance. You'll find it difficult to run out of things to do here, especially if you have an interest in visiting evening areas, such as cocktail lounges.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Delayed room servicing.
Numerous guests had issues with the appliances or devices in their room, such as the television remote or refrigerator coolant systems, but were not serviced by the maintenance staff for at least a day. The speed of these repairs should be increased substantially.
negative:
Hectic surroundings.
The streets directly around the hotel are packed with residents and tourists in the Ocala area, and finding reasonable parking at the on-site lot can be a hassle if you visit at a popular time of day. Reaching the freeway itself can also be a challenge due to the large number of commuters.
negative:
Dated furniture.
The sofas, chairs, and beds of the hotel should be replaced or modernized as soon as possible, since many of them are showing signs of age and neglect. Tarnished surfaces and fraying fabric are just a few of their issues.
