Hotel Hipotels Flamenco (Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Spain)

With the blue waters of Cala Millor just 50 metres away, the location of this resort was a real plus. Additionally, many guests were very happy to note that the town and its lovely pier are only a few minutes' walk away from the hotel. Shops, bars, restaurants and more were also conveniently close for most guests.

Repetitive repasts and lukewarm offerings might be a problem at other resorts, but certainly not here. The vast majority of guests absolutely raved about both the quality and the presentation of food at this property. While the hotel advertises a Mediterranean-style buffet, guests have reported that there is a wide array of cuisine from which to choose here. In addition, visitors have noted that prices for drinks and snacks are extremely reasonable at this resort.

In addition to its great location and excellent food, the customer service here appears to be outstanding. Guests reported being greeted warmly - and often in multiple languages - throughout the day as well as throughout their stays. A number of visitors also commented that room rates here are competitive, with many noting that this hotel represents great value for money in the area.

While it is located right on the beach, some felt that this hotel's outdoor pool could be a bit bigger. This popular resort does get crowded, leaving some with no room to splash.

Some also found that the rooms here were rather small. This was especially true of those guests travelling with babies and small children.

Finally, a number of guests were unhappy to note that their rooms lacked a kettle as well as the standard tea and coffee making materials.
