This hotel is a 100% non-smoking property which is great for those who don't imbibe and prefer that their room smell fresh and not like acrid, second-hand smoke.

Negative Reviews
negative:
The studios are small
The studios at Homewood Suites by Hilton Tampa-Brandon are rather small which is fine if you're traveling alone. But if that is not the case or you have a lot of luggage in tow, or need extra room to maneuver, it's probably best to upgrade to a one-bedroom suite.
negative:
Things can get noisy
If you are hoping for a good night's sleep be sure to request a room that faces away from I 75 which runs adjacent to the property. Otherwise, the constant and very loud hum of traffic could definitely keep you awake well past your bedtime.
negative:
The WiFi is spotty
The WiFi here is spotty and a bit slow in the guest rooms which could be problematic if you are traveling on business, have kids who want to use their devices or simply want to get an email out in a hurry. But if needs be, you can use your devices in the public spaces where the WiFi is spot-on.
