Rest assured that your room will be nice and cool even when the weather outside is hot. Unlike many hostels, the air conditioning is very effective at maintaining a good level of comfort throughout the summer.

Just a ten-minute walk away from all the action of the main strip, with its bars, restaurants, shops, and so on – so you know you’ll be close to all the action. However, it’s still far enough out of the way that it’s quiet and restful.

Unlike some similar accommodations, the staff here cleans daily to ensure that guests can stay in a comfortable, hygienic environment even if they produce a lot of trash.

Though Wi-Fi has been available in the past, the hostel may have recently changed its policy. If you absolutely need Wi-Fi, you may have to find it elsewhere, as the hostel does not currently provide guest Wi-Fi – paid or otherwise. Don’t plan to do any significant streaming, browsing, or online work while here unless you have a substantial mobile data plan.

The hostel does not provide many of the amenities people expect from a hotel, such as a fridge, hair dryer, or soap in the room. Make sure to bring your own (in the case of smaller items) and set your expectations properly, and you’ll be fine.

Make sure to return before the place is locked at one in the morning, or you’ll have to knock and wait for the porter to come open it. In addition, for security reasons, you’re not allowed to bring in guests for any reason.
