Positive Reviews
positive:
Great location close to amenities and attractions.
Just off the President George Bush Turnpike, this hotel is easy to get to and there's lots to do in the immediate area. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and Firewheel Golf Park is just a short five minute drive away.
positive:
Spacious rooms at a very reasonable price.
If you travel with lots of luggage and don’t like small compact rooms then you will be just fine here. You’ll enjoy plenty of space in your room and the prices here are competitive, so you’ll keep a few extra bucks in your pocket.
positive:
Enjoyable breakfast included in the room rate.
You won’t have to pay a cent more to feast on the breakfast buffet served here each morning. There’s plenty of different foods and drinks to choose from, so all tastes and dietary requirements are catered for.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Cleanliness could be improved in some areas.
Unfortunately, this hotel is simply not as clean as it could be. Nasty odors emanate from the hallways and it’s not unheard of to spot a cockroach here. Housekeeping could do a much better job of keeping this hotel spick and span.
negative:
The walls here are paper thin, so pack earplugs!
If you like some peace and quiet of an evening you could be unpleasantly disturbed at this place. The soundproofing is inadequate so it’s quite easy to hear the goings on in the hallways and the rooms next door to yours.
negative:
The hot water system seems to be faulty.
Having consistent running hot water would be something you would expect as standard from a hotel of any worth, but this place seems to be having problems with that. Sometimes there is no hot water and the water pressure can be weak too.
