A Pool with a View
Of the many amenities on hand to entertain guests, the 18th-floor pool and spa is perhaps the most oft-mentioned and appreciated. Serious swimmers can swim some serious laps, while more laid-back guests can simply relax in the hot tub and take in the jaw-dropping views.

Love the Location
Countless comments attest to the convenience of this perfectly-placed establishment. Situated on a vibrant and colourful semi-pedestrianised street, the opportunities for wining, dining and shopping are endless. Magnificent museums and amazing art galleries abound in the surrounds, while further-afield attractions are easily accessed on the light-rail system.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Essential Earplugs
Sound-sensitive sleepers would do well to pack a pair of earplugs when checking in here. According to numerous under-slept reviewers, noise disturbances are a persistent problem. Slamming doors and passing trains are a major headache, while noise from construction and nearby clubs occasionally conspires to sully sleep.
negative:
Extra Charges Chagrin
One consistent criticism concerns extra costs. Some guests consider the rates sufficiently high so as to render the additional charges for parking and breakfast unjustifiable and excessive. For some arrivals, especially those used to parking for free at other downtown hotels, the news is most unwelcome.
negative:
Some Attention Required
Disappointed guests occasionally claim rooms and common areas and in need of updating. According to dissatisfied reviewers, bathrooms are tired and in need of renovation, dusty furnishings could do with a deep clean, while threadbare towels, thin pillows and old matrasses annoy some with higher expectations.
