Positive Reviews
positive:
Placed strategically
You would be hard put to find a hotel in such a strategic spot in the whole of Istanbul. You are not more than a few minutes' walk away from Gayrettepe Metro Station. Zorlu Center is also a stone's throw away from the hotel. Half of the sights worth seeing in Istanbul - including Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar - are within good reach.
positive:
A number of amenities
Wash off all your woes in the indoor pool, which is not only clean and well-kept but also has a relaxing spa room. The windows open up to magnificent landscapes of Istanbul. If you are searching for a hotel filled with superb facilities, you do not have to look beyond this one.
positive:
Admirable service
You can never find employees more courteous and friendly than at this place. They are gracious enough to carry your baggage to your room, and they are efficient enough to tackle any problems that you may encounter during your stay.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The ancient look
The rooms are not exactly antediluvian, but they are decidedly old. The furniture is worn out, and the paint on the walls is peeling off. Though the bed is comfortable, you might not find the décor worth the money spent.
negative:
Wi-Fi issues
The speed of the Wi-Fi seems to be as old as the rooms themselves. Signal strength is hard to come by. And if you get a good enough bandwidth, the downloads are still pretty slow.
negative:
The unbearable smell
Most of the rooms give out a distinctive odour that will linger even after you leave the premises. Though the staff members are prompt and helpful, they will not help get rid of the bad smells - unless you ask of them to.
