A laundry serviceand 24 hour room service is available. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. All rooms have private bathroom . (rooms with private bath , private safe box, air condition ,TV.with your own satallite reciver one for each room and Mini fridge) The double rooms are all with twin single beds that canbe attached together as one big queen size bed. For those who needs a room for 4 persons as a family ,we have some of our triple rooms that got a 1 small double bed (not king size bed) and 2 twin singles ,you can book it as triple but you will be charged $8 extra for the 4th person on the room ,youwill have to e-mail us in case you need this type of room and please mention your firm reservation reference number There is an onsite restaurant and a roof top garden where you can enjoy your complimentary breakfast. Breakfast includes fresh seasonal juice, tea or fresh Colombian filter coffee, pancakes, toasted bread, jam, honey, cheese, butter. Pickups: Train station and Bus station :we do not pickup from both . Airport:- pick up is 110 Egyptian pound for 1 or2 persons in private car , one way Feluccas : We do not make or organize Feluccas trips any more, if you still to do it, it is on your own responsibility
