Attractive and thoughtful interior design

positive:
Terrific rooftop terrace
This was undoubtedly guest's favourite part of the hotel. They mentioned that not only was it great to be able to go up onto the roof for the great view, but that the bar and the whole space up there was very trendy in its own right, and gave the view a run for it's money when it came to beauty.
positive:
Very comfortable beds
Many guests commented on the beds, saying that the mattress used was one of the most comfortable they had ever used.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Restaurants were exceptionally expensive
Too many guests to mention remarked that the onsite restaurants were exceptionally expensive. They felt that, quite aside from the quality of the food, the prices charged were simply much too high or a restaurant in Charlotte. In their views the local market couldn't bare those prices.
negative:
Some issues with the parking
There seemed to be quite a bit of unhappiness surrounding the parking arrangements at the hotel. For a start, it was said that there was no direct access from the garage to the hotel, necessitating a trip outside to access either. For this standard of hotel guests found this unacceptable. Secondly, many felt that the daily parking rate was much too high.
negative:
Wi-Fi an optional extra
A number of guests simply couldn't believe that Wi-Fi was an extra charge. Considering the central role connectivity plays in people's lives nowadays they felt strongly that it should have been included in the room rate.
