Hotel Le Masséna (Cannes, France)

The location was found to be ideal since the city centre was a short walking distance, while bus stations were also nearby. There were also shops, cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel.

Many guests were happy with their studio or apartment accommodations since these gave them the freedom to feel at home. They were well equipped, comfortable and had kitchens available to cook their own meals.

The staff members were thought to be friendly people who had a professional manner of treating their guests. Even if guests were late, the staff took care for them to get checked in without a problem. They even left a map of the city and would give good information of the area.

Some guests did not like that the reception was not open after a certain time in the evening, it is only open during the daytime. There was no one to talk too about the place or other matters during the evening which was annoying for some.

Some guests did not enjoy that there were details that were missed in the apartment which made their stay difficult. Some did not have a fully equipped kitchen or a working power outlet, and others had a non-working fridge, oven or air-conditioning.

Some guests did not enjoy the fact that there was a cleaning fee for their stay. If they did not clean everything including the rubbish, kitchen and bathroom, they would be charged a fee. Some felt this should be included in the price.
