Hotel Leon (Tijuana, Mexico)

On the whole, guests were very happy with the location of the hotel, saying that it was very central, and so close to many of the amenities that had brought them to Tijuana, some of which included its bars and clubs.

The overwhelming majority of guests were very impressed with the staff at the hotel, saying that they were not only friendly, but also very helpful and could generally communicate well in English.

Most guests were quite happy with the value for money they received here, and even those who had some issues said that the room rates for this central location were very reasonable indeed.

It was impossible to find any kind words written about the hotel's Wi-Fi system. In fact, many guests reported that they simply couldn't get a signal in their room at all and that they had to go to reception or some other point in the building to connect.

A number of guests commented that their rooms looked very tired, and had clearly not seen any sort of renovation in quite some years. They felt it was now time for a proper makeover to bring them up to date.

There were far too many guests complaining about the cleanliness of their room for comfort. While most said they were simply dusty or a little dirty, the significant minority who reported more serious issues was a cause for concern.
