Negative Reviews
negative:
Too tight for some...
A few guests have found the rooms too small, particularly the bathrooms. Some guests have also had trouble with the walk-in showers not draining very well and spilling out onto the floor, a very slippery situation.
negative:
Great expectations...
Some guests expected a wider array of services in this four-star hotel, and were disappointed to find that there is no spa, pool, bell services, or valet parking.
negative:
Breakfast a bit boring...
Though many guests enjoy the breakfast, some consider it a little pricey and lacking in day-to-day variety or any element of surprise to make it a memorable experience.
