About Necarne Manor B&B
Situated in glorious countryside a short distance from Irvinestown, Netcarne Manor is a modern country house built in the Georgian style, and offers charming accommodation and traditional hospitality.
The rooms are simply furnished and decorated, and feature lovely wood furniture, en-suite bathrooms, TV’s, tea/coffee stations and hairdryers.
Inside, there is a cosy guest lounge, with roaring fire going in winter. Outside, there is an immaculately tended garden which guests are most welcome to enjoy. Motorists will find ample free parking, while techies will be happy with the Wi-Fi, accessible throughout the property.
The breakfast served every morning consists of both cooked and continental-style options. There are a couple of dining options in nearby Irvinestown, and more still in Enniskillen.
The village of Irvinestown is less than 20 minutes away on foot, while the larger Enniskillen is approximately 10 miles to the south. Netcarne is also a good base to explore the lovely Fermanagh Lakes region.
Positive Reviews
positive:
Very welcoming hosts
Guests couldn't seem to say enough good things about the hosts, Jacqui and Harold. To many it seemed as if they were being welcomed home, rather than to a B&B. But not only were they described as welcoming, but perhaps more importantly also as very knowledgeable. Jacqui ran through the areas attractions with guests when they arrived, and was said to be a wealth of local knowledge.
positive:
Exceptionally tranquil setting
The B&B is described as being close to Irvinestown, certainly within walking distance, but at the same time as in a lovely country setting. Several guests mentioned being very much at peace in the lovely rural surroundings.
positive:
Excellent value for money
While guests truly loved their stay at Netcarne Manor, with hardly a bad word to be found anywhere, for many it wasn't the terrific facilities or service that most impressed them. They considered the fantastic setting and service, contrasted it to what they considered a very modest room-rate and concluded that they received phenomenal value for money. Visitors from England were especially impressed, saying an equivalent property there would cost a great deal more.
