Hotel Neptuno Suites (Costa Teguise, Spain)

Many of the apartments have been refurbished and are decorated in a modern seaside theme, with lots of whites and blues. These apartments are very impressive and quite unique compared to the usual holiday hotel. Much of the kitchen and bathroom has been replaced and the shower is very powerful. The rooms are spacious and there is a frequent maid service. Some of the rooms have a sea view.

The hotel is surrounded by excellent beaches which are some of the best on the island. There are many bars, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Staff are very friendly and all throughout the hotel they always greet you with a smile. Check in is very efficient, and the staff are warm and approachable whilst also being very professional.

Reception is not open 24-hours a day and therefore if you are arriving outside of business hours you will need to contact the property and they will happily arrange to check you in.

There is an on-going refurbishment programme in place and rooms are steadily being updated. This means that not all of the apartments have been refurbished and some guests may be allocated an older room. There may be the option to change rooms, subject to availability, but there may be an extra charge to do so.

The television in the apartment has very limited English channels. Wi-Fi is available in some parts of the complex but is reporedly not very reliable.
