Guests were satisfied with the conditions of their rooms. The rooms are quite large, clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team that's always available is dedicated to its duties as they often do a detailed cleaning.

All employees at the hotel are very considerate and friendly. They ensure your stay starts off on a high note. The owner is always available and is ready to assist you. Every member goes out of their way to help you with everything you need.

The hotel's Wi-Fi can really put a damper on your visit. Many felt that it didn't quite meet their expectations. The connection is quite weak in a few of the rooms. Some guests found it hard to even connect to the network while others only managed to browse at slow speeds.

Some guests experienced some difficulty making their way to the hotel. Some raised their concerns on this issue, especially those visiting for the first time. Others felt that some signs leading to the hotel were not clear. The building is also a little far from the centre.

A number of guests felt that rooms were not well insulated against sound. Noise from other neighbouring rooms was clearly easy to hear in the wee hours of the morning when most guests are trying to sleep.
