Guests speak well of the excellent size of the pool facility that also includes a lovely Jacuzzi. The size is more than adequate for the total number of guests and the water is crystal clear, which is an indication that the pool is well-maintained. Furthermore, large group of guests can actually fit inside the pool comfortably.
The large rooms that offer a private balcony and relaxing views of the pool area and Koh Samui were highly appreciated by previous guests. They also expressed that they loved all the basic amenities inside the rooms.
Guests admired the resort's close distance to the beach as well as the free shuttle provided. The property also offers a van, which drops guests to the Central Festival and other shopping malls. Chaweng Street and Chaweng Lake are also just a short walking distance away.
Most guests were disappointed with the quality of the breakfast served each day. The food was limited and there was not much variety so guests were offered the same food every day. The breakfast only included bread, eggs, and some fruits which were not enough to satisfy their tummies.
Guests had issues with the steep stairs that they need to climb just to get into their rooms. It was quite hard for those who had to carry many suitcases on their own and physically challenged individuals.
The unstable Wi-Fi was very disappointing! What's more disappointing was that guests had to pay additional fee just to use the Internet, which they initially thought was free. Despite paying, some guests still had difficulty connecting throughout their stay.
