The breakfast served each morning at this hotel is delicious with lots of fresh, well-prepared items to choose from. The portions are generous and you have the choice of eating in the breakfast room or taking it back to your room or down by the beach to eat it there.
The beautiful beach is only a few feet away from the hotel and guests reported being able to walk to restaurants and shops in the area. Despite everything being so close, the area is surprisingly quiet.
The guest rooms at this hotel are very small and guests reported that there is hardly anywhere to hang up clothes or store items away. Also reported was malfunctioning appliances, uncomfortable beds, a lack of hot water, very basic furniture and bedding that is in poor condition.
Guests reported that they did not receive a very warm welcome upon arrival and some staff members were downright rude to them during their stay. They are also unaccommodating when issues arise, they don't offer guests any help when it's obvious they need some, they don't do anything beyond what they have to and they spend a lot of time just chatting to one another.
