The pool area and grounds are very lush and well cared for. They provide a fun, tropical oasis for a relaxing vacation. The free daily breakfast makes for a nice start to a long day of sightseeing. Happy hour (with a free drink) is a great option before heading out to dinner and they serve excellent infused cocktails. Additionally, the rooms are very clean and comfortable with a cozy, inviting ambience.
Orchid Key Inn staff is very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk staff who are accommodating and know the area extremely well, to the bar staff who make happy hour truly entertaining, you'll feel right at home staying here.
Orchid Key Inn is rather pricey, however this is common for Key West and the property is very well maintained with great service. Also, you certainly can't beat the location.
Rooms are a little small if you want to unpack fully or are traveling with a lot of luggage. It's a small detail however as they are very clean and comfortable.
Music is played the pool all day long. It's not overly loud but if you have a room nearby it may be bothersome at certain times.
