There is a bar on the ground floor of this hotel, and people are often drinking and making noise there long into the evening up until midnight. If you want to get your head down early for a sleep you could be disturbed by this.

There is no getting around it, Minerva is an old hotel that has seen better days. The rooms are starting feel shabby and the carpets look worn. Some redecorating would do this place wonders.
