It's Fine For A Light Meal
Breakfast will satisfy your appetite. It's served buffet style with lots of fresh fruit. You can have eggs/omelettes, ham, bread, something to drink and a few other foods. They keep the breakfast food fresh and if it runs out, there is plenty more.

Everyone Give Their Best
The Cuban people are hard-working and manage to give their all to make the best out of what they have. Everyone is extremely attentive and hospitable from the housekeeping to the front desk personnel.

Little Things Mean A Lot
Check-out the workmanship at the Casa de Fuster. This is the name the locals use, not Fusterlandia, which is the name you might come across on the Internet. In addition, you will be enchanted by the different figures the housekeeping create from the towels each day. One day it may be a flower, the next day a swan, or some exotic animal. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's interesting and sentimental all the same.

Seen Better Days
It's easy to see that “back in the day” this hotel was something really special. Today, it needs updating badly. Though the staff try to maintain the facility, a refurbishment could possibly bring it back to its glory days.
negative:
It's Lovely Poolside, But The Road
The pool is nice and the nature around it is charming. The downside is that the pool is near the road, which means that the car noise kills the ambiance.
negative:
The Ride Can Cost You
You may find the cost for transportation somewhat expensive. A taxi ride to downtown Havana and back is a bit expensive and will certainly take a bite out of your wallet. The cost can really add-up if you need the taxi everyday.
