Guests liked the proximity to plenty of restaurants, shops and golf clubs near the hotel, which means you can just park your car on the premises and walk everywhere. They also liked the fact that the airport and the Palm Springs Air Museum were within seven miles of driving.

The staff is friendly and professional and guests reported that it was quite accommodating when it came to changing rooms for a variety of reasons such as preferring a different bed or wanting a ground-floor level for mobility concerns.

Several guests reported that they found mold in their bathrooms, especially the showers, and that the rooms looked quite dingy with worn furniture and carpets. On the plus side, management has started updating the public areas of the property, which bears hope that the rooms might be next.
