Park Row Lodge Manitou Springs is an older hotel with an unmistakable hint of an era gone by. Whereas the exterior of the hotel can be deceptively uninspiring, the interior features a beautiful décor with large balconies overlooking the beautiful, bubbling creek; beautiful, backyard and lawn, verandahs, fireplaces, and log siding.

The hotel is a family-owned property. The staff here is very warm and cordial. The property is quite small and cozy and the owner makes a point of interacting with all guests and understanding them better without being intrusive in any way.

Even though the rooms are rather small, they are very clean with very comfy beds.

The rooms are small and cozy which adds to their charm. But unfortunately this also means that they can get quite hot during warm weather even with the AC units working.

Park Row Lodge Manitou Springs is located quite close to a busy highway. Guests have reported that whereas proximity to the highway does not interfere with the tranquil atmosphere in the hotel, incidental headlights from the traffic can be quite a nuisance at night.

Several guests have reported that the hotel's room reservation systems appears to be faulty since guests frequently fail to get rooms even after booking rooms, paying the requisite fee, and receiving confirmation from the hotel.
