Positive Reviews
positive:
Good quality studios and suites
The accommodation here is consistently rated highly. Guests find both the studios and the suites clean, comfortable, and modern. There seems to be more than enough room to spread out a little and guests have appreciated the convenience of having a full kitchen.
positive:
Good choice of facilities
Previous guests have not found themselves short of anything here, commenting that everything you need is on-site. The leisure amenities, in particular, have been a highlight for many guests. This is a relatively new hotel so hasn’t had much chance to age but maintenance appears to be good nonetheless.
positive:
Enjoyable breakfast buffet and extras
The free breakfast here is rated as above average by guests, with both the quality and choice of items appealing. Guests have also appreciated the convenience store and the grocery shopping service, feeling that both add a layer of convenience to a stay here.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking situation could be better
Guests mention the lack of a self-parking option also finding the daily charge for valet parking on the high side. There is public parking in the area but guests haven’t always wanted to wander around the downtown area late at night.
negative:
Some noise from trains
A train track runs along one side of this hotel so perhaps unsurprisingly those guests who were allocated a room on that side were disturbed. The number of trains passing does appear to be limited but that may not make you feel any better should one wake you up.
negative:
A few bad eggs among the staff
Guests tend to agree that although the majority of the staff here is kind and helpful, a small number would benefit from some customer service training. Guests have reported some of the staff being everything from less than friendly to downright rude.
