Negative Reviews
negative:
Basic breakfast.
Although guests say that the breakfast they have is okay, they say that the choice on offer is quite limited and it gets repetitive after a few days. They are a little disappointed to find there was no fruit, or other items such as yogurt. They also note that Moroccan specialities, such as spiced coffee, are absent.
negative:
Staff speak very little English.
Guests note that staff speak French and so some guests find this awkward when asking staff about things to do and places to see. That said, the staff are polite and friendly every step of the way and as noted do all they can to assist guests during their stay.
negative:
Ground floor rooms are smaller.
Guests find that ground floor rooms are smaller than those upstairs, although still comfortable, and some guests also find them a little dark.
