Guests loved the way they were issued with a free Geneva public transport card valid throughout their stay for access to the city's excellent network of trams, buses and boats. Moreover, the property was a short walk from Cornavin station for trams and buses plus local, regional and national mainline rail services, including frequent links to the airport. Furthermore, there were lots of nightlife, bars and dining options in the surrounding blocks. Guests could easily reach most of the city centre on foot.

Travellers said they appreciated the good customer service from the pleasant, helpful and multilingual personnel at the 24-hour front desk.

Noise from adjacent rooms and the lift shafts sometimes travelled fairly easily, causing a nuisance for several light sleepers. Certain rooms were also reportedly exposed to occasional traffic noise and the sound of revellers at weekends. Some critics also claimed they detected unpleasant smells like mouldy or damp odours in some areas of the property.

Guests welcomed the free Wi-Fi access. However, some claimed they were frustrated by an intermittent signal or sluggish speeds in certain rooms.
