Hotel in need of some refurbishment.
Guests say that the hotel complex, including some of the apartments, is tired in places and in need of some refurbishment. However, this improvement work is already ongoing and guests who want to ensure they stay in a renovated apartment can book one.
negative:
No air-conditioning in some rooms.
Guests are disappointed to find they may not have air-conditioning in their apartment and believe that it should be something provided as standard. While rooms without air-conditioning do have a fan, additional fans requested will incur a hire charge as does an air-conditioning unit. The hotel reportedly does not have enough units for all apartments either, so some guests end up being disappointed.
negative:
Need to pay for Wi-Fi.
Customers wanting to use Wi-Fi do not get it for free – they need to pay a daily usage charge. This has not gone down well with guests.
