The staff are very helpful. They offer good tips on places to eat and shopping. Though the hotel is somewhat dated, the staff is very much up to scratch.

There is a supermarket across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a running and biking route to the downtown area. The trolley stop is right in front of the facility. It comes every twenty-minutes, it's cheap, and takes you right to the historic downtown area of Durango.

The hotel is a bit aged, but they've managed to keep it in pretty good shape. The rooms are a decent size and include a small fridge, which comes in handy when it's really hot and you want to keep your beverages cold.

You might find undesirables hanging around the hotel, which might make you feel uneasy. If you drove to the facility, make sure you keep an eye on your vehicle too. Though the area does not appear really dangerous, it's best to be safe than sorry.

The rooms is missing some basic necessities like hangers, telephone, and coffee machine. Sure, today most people have a mobile phone, but there is something about being able to pick-up the phone in your hotel room and call reception if you need to. The rooms should be cleaned a bit better as well.

The parking spaces are very narrow. If you are a nervous driver, it's best you find a parking space out in front of the premises. In addition, the spaces are so tight, your car could be easily damaged.
