The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the interstate and main highways. Shopping at outlets and the mall are close trips in the car and provide many restaurant options. Best yet, the round-the-clock shuttle to and from the airport saves much time and hassle.

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable and the bedding is nicer than average, providing plump pillows and soft linens. The separate living area, work area, and pantry makes the room feel a bit more like a studio apartment instead of just a hotel stay. Plus, the lovely trail around a nearby lake makes for a most relaxing stay.

The hotel staff provides great service at any hour. Call the front desk for a free shuttle at any time of day or night and be greeted by friendly humans instead of impersonal machines. Arranging transport and stay in the dead of night isn't difficult here; it's just part of the excellent customer service. Also, while the hotel is focused mainly on the business traveler, they can easily accommodate the needs of families.

The air conditioning and heating units are loud in the rooms and can disturb sleep at night. If the units aren't shaking and grumbling, they are dripping and that sound can be even more irritating.

The rooms look dated in decor and furnishings and the bathrooms could do with a sprucing up. The units also have some maintenance issues which occur when the rooms have older appliances.

The daily cleaning seems to be focused on surfaces rather than deep hygienic cleaning. A peek in the hidden crevices and pockets will show evidence of messes. Looking under the beds and lifting up cushions won't provide coins, but might show dinner crumbs.
