Guests at the Springhill Suites Port St Lucie enjoyed their stay saying the rooms are comfortable and amenities provided very good. Rooms are large and the air conditioning is efficient, said guests. Room features such as microwave, kitchenette and desk were appreciated.

The location is convenient for the motorway but is in a quiet location with a lot of restaurants, shops and a cinema in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful according to a great many guest reviews. The complimentary breakfast also receives good reviews.

Business guests as well as leisure guests and those looking for a quick stopover thought that the hotel is reasonably priced for the amenities provided and is good value for money.

Guests pointed out that they had to pay extra to use facilities at Springhill Suites Port St Lucie that would generally be part of the tariff.  Parking, use of in room appliances such as fridge and microwave and Wi-Fi are not free, it is pointed out.

There were reviews from guests who felt that the hotel rooms had a dated look about them and others pointed out that some of the furnishings looked a little worn. Guests also felt that the rooms were not as clean as they could be.

Cheap looking plumbing, a dated bath counter, the inability to regulate in-room temperature and the smell of cleaning materials were some problems pointed out. The hotel’s business center is a little basic, pointed out business visitors.
